Taylor Harrison
Taylor Harrison is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Harrison specializes in litigation and negotiation focusing her practice on corporate and insurance defense matters.
Prior to joining Taylor Duma, Ms. Harrison was an attorney in Client Legal Services for a national insurance company. She supported litigation strategy and case management for a wide range of defense matters, including personal injury and property damage claims.
At Georgia State University College of Law, Ms. Harrison earned a Health Law Certificate and completed a clinical program with the HeLP Legal Services Clinic—a collaboration between Georgia State, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Atlanta Legal Aid. In these roles, she provided direct legal services to indigent clients navigating complex health-related legal issues. Her work emphasized the intersection of legal advocacy and healthcare access, equipping her with a strong foundation in law and justice.
Ms. Harrison also served as VP of Programming for the Student Health Law Association and held leadership positions in the Black Law Students Association, including Mentoring 1L students and serving as Class Representative all three years. She further supported university compliance and accountability efforts as a Graduate Assistant in Georgia State University’s Office of Student Conduct.
Ms. Harrison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a minor in Spanish, from Auburn University, graduating with honors. While at Auburn, she served as a member of the pre-law society, worked as a recruiter for the Auburn University football program, and was selected to study abroad in Costa Rica to complete her Spanish minor.
Outside of the office, Ms. Harrison enjoys traveling—her goal is to visit all 50 states and to see the seven wonders of the world. She also enjoys following her favorite sports teams, spending time with friends and family, taking her dog to the park, and exploring new restaurants and activities around Atlanta.
