Matthew McKagen is a partner at Taylor Duma. Mr. McKagen focuses his practice on premises liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice cases. He represents individuals and corporations in a wide range of general litigation matters in federal and state courts across Georgia.

Mr. McKagen earned his JD degree from Mercer University School of Law, following the completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where he majored in Political Science. As an active member in the Atlanta community, Mr. McKagen has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association, actively participating in various professional organizations, including the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Claims Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
