
Kenneth Bruley

Kenn Bruley is a partner and a member of our patent team. His practice focuses on patent procurement both in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Bruley counsels clients on managing their patent portfolios and provides formal opinions on patentability, infringement and noninfringement, validity and invalidity, and design strategies to avoid potential infringement issues.
He has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications across a wide range of mechanical and electromechanical technologies, including nuclear reactor components and related power generation systems, radioisotope production and transport systems, power tools, roller bearings, automated conveyor assemblies, orthopedic rehabilitation devices, internal combustion engine components, lawn and garden equipment, railway car components, agricultural equipment, food preparation equipment, cotton baling and bagging devices, handheld drilling equipment, and industrial earth-boring equipment.
Mr. Bruley received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Nuclear Engineering Officer on the U.S.S. California in Bremerton, Washington, before receiving his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
