Delaney Berg is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Berg graduated with honors from the Emory University School of Law, where he cultivated a strong interest in copyright, trademark, and emerging technologies.
While at Emory, Mr. Berg served on the Emory Law Review. In 2024, he also wrote a brief on the copyrightability of artificial intelligence-generated works, offering a framework for analysis that closely aligned with the U.S. Copyright Office’s own approach in its January 17, 2025, Report on AI Copyrightability.
Mr. Berg gained legal experience through an externship with Coca-Cola’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, where he assisted with IP strategy and legal analysis for its many global brands.
With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in intellectual property law, Mr. Berg brings insight and analytical precision to his work on behalf of Taylor Duma’s clients.
