Austin Michael Krtausch is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, where he focuses on complex litigation, finance and insurance litigation, consumer fraud, and IT litigation.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krtausch worked at an international law firm where he represented clients in high stakes data privacy, antitrust, and health care litigation. He also has experience representing public figures, politicians, and corporations in cases involving securities fraud, healthcare fraud, wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He has appeared in state and federal courts across the country and has successfully tried cases to verdict.
 
Outside of the office, Mr. Krtausch enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf and fishing. Here is a former athlete and an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, and Florida State Seminoles.
