Arjay Parhar is a registered patent attorney. His practice encompasses a broad range of intellectual property, including both patent prosecution, patent litigation, trademark registration, and trademark prosecution.
 
Mr. Parhar drafts and prosecutes utility patent applications and design patent applications globally across diverse technologies, including water infrastructure, packaging systems, toys and games, medical devices, automotive tech, green technology, and aerospace. He manages complex patent families through continuation applications, office action responses, amendments, and prior art analysis, and prepares strategies for international cases in markets such as Japan, India, Australia, and Italy. Additionally, Mr. Parhar creates claim charts, infringement analyses, non-infringement opinions, and issues cease-and-desist letters to protect clients’ IP.
 
Mr. Parhar earned his JD at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Parhar worked at the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic where he helped publish a Rap on Trial Practice Guide and conducted fair use analysis for low-income filmmakers. He was also a research assistant to Professor Kenneth W. Simons and the President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association.
