Anshu Garg is an associate attorney in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and governance, corporate securities, and intellectual property.

As a legal extern at Krevolin & Horst, LLC, Ms. Garg gained experience in litigation, corporate and finance, and crisis management. She worked on internal memoranda, pleadings, client letters, and legal analysis for business, education, employment, and False Claims Act cases. Additionally, she assisted with contract reviews, trademark prosecution, and corporate governance and compliance matters. As a judicial intern for Georgia Supreme Court Justice Carla Wong McMillian, she researched complex legal issues and prepared internal memoranda for chambers.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she received a certificate in the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) Program. She was awarded to the Order of Emory Advocates for outstanding achievement in or contribution to excellence in advocacy activities. During her time in law school, Ms. Garg was a competitor and coach for Moot Court, served as a board member for the Intellectual Property Society, and was a pupil on the Executive Committee for the Judge Clarence Cooper Inn of Court.

Ms. Garg holds a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience from the University of Georgia and minors in Public Health and Cognitive Science.
