Alli Cross is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, focusing her practice on contracts, corporate governance, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.


Ms. Cross works closely with business clients on commercial transactions, and her expertise includes complex negotiation, interpersonal communication, and resolving delicate issues with discretion and attention to detail. She collaborates on an enterprise level with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with multidimensional legal, relational, and contract support.


Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cross was an associate at an AM Law 200 law firm, and she served as a legal and contracts supervisor at Universal Creative, a division of Universal Parks and Resorts, with an emphasis on contracts for large-scale themed entertainment projects. While in that role, she served three years at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, handling contracts for more than 200 companies and vendors worldwide across a variety of sectors, including construction, architecture and engineering, art and talent, logistics, IT/networking, and design and fabrication of complex ride and show systems
