Andrew Vining is an associate in Taylor Duma’s Corporate Department. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Mr. Vining focuses his practice on providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses of all sizes. He enjoys the privilege of helping clients navigate through all milestones in the lifespan of their business, from formation and fund raising to mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Vining has helped businesses of various sizes fortify their positions through contract drafting and review. In the event a client finds itself in a dispute, his   pragmatic approach is appreciated in finding solutions to resolve any conflict.
 
In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Vining has experience in both general litigation and real estate, from acquisitions and dispositions of residential and commercial properties and leasing to handling matters from the pre-litigation phase through discovery in a variety of practice areas.
 
Prior to joining Taylor Duma, Mr. Vining worked as a senior associate for a national creditor’s rights law firm. During this time, he primarily managed the daily workflow of bankruptcy files and foreclosure files. Additionally, he managed the North Carolina office’s closing department where he worked on a broad array of real estate transactions. As he grew in his practice, Mr. Vining mentored and trained new attorneys on North Carolina foreclosure and federal bankruptcy law. He also regularly engaged with other members of the bankruptcy practice group to discuss and provide insight and guidance on issues impacting the practice of bankruptcy law throughout the country.
 
 
Outside of the office, Mr. Vining enjoys being involved in the community, playing golf, spending time with family, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
